The DJI Dock 2 has Launched
DJI has just released the DJI Dock 2 – a smaller and more compact version of the initial DJI Dock currently on the market.
Weighing in at just 34kgs – compared to the 105kgs of Dock 1 – this version is sure to provide an easier, quicker and more cost-effective deployment of an autonomous drone fleet.
The Dock 2 will be launched along with two new drone models, the DJI Matrice 3D and Matrice 3DT – designed specifically for survey and inspection applications, with an estimated flight range of up to 10kms and 50-minute battery endurance.
What makes the DJI Dock eco-system unique is the low-touch maintenance interval of six-months (for entry-level usage), allowing the Dock systems to be installed and remotely operated with a high degree of reliability.
