RocketDNA is excited to announce that we have been named WA Innovator of the Year in the 2024 Core Innovation Hot30 Awards.

The Awards celebrate Australian innovators in the mining, energy, resources, oil and gas, space and defence industries.

In 2024, The Hot 30 Awards saw more than 86 applications from across Australia with the final list representing five States and Territories in both metropolitan and regional cities – 19 finalists came from Western Australia alone.

“We are very pleased to have received this recognition for our efforts in the mining space’” explains CEO, Chris Clark, “As Australia’s first CASA approved DJI Dock operator, we have developed a revolutionary product in our xBOT’s; enabling the deployment of these Drone-in-a-Box systems for remote data collection and automation of operational workflows.”

This solution enables frequent, scheduled survey flights to produce consistent and accurate results across operations. Key applications include automated stockpile reporting, open-pit safety monitoring, and construction progress tracking, all aimed at improving efficiency and reducing on-site risks.

RocketDNA would like to congratulate all the other winners and thank Core Hub Innovation for this opportunity, as well as Journey One for presenting this award.
